How can CASE MANAGEMENT help me?
Do you need any help filling prescriptions? Do you need any help with getting a bus pass for transportation to doctor's appointments? Do you need any help navigating the process of changing apartment units through Lincoln Housing Authority? Do you need help getting connected with different resources within Lincoln? With the case management resources we provide out of LuLu's on N we will do our best to help you with your needs.
where do i go to get help with case management?
We are providing our assistance right out of LuLu's on N located at 1417 N Street here in Lincoln. Currently we are only doing case management on Wednesdays from 10 am - 2 pm. Starting April 15th the hours will change to 9 am to 1 pm on Wednesdays. If you are looking to get in touch with a case manager you may call LuLu's on N at (531) 500-5579 and ask for Katie Lamb who is our Case Manager.
